All you need is a 30 mins to get started. This is a non-contact boxing training system, designed for people of all fitness levels. If you haven't, don't worry - we'd advise that you watch the help video first and you can even watch some of the training videos before you start - just to get an idea of what's expected.

I have over 30 years of experience, both boxing and coaching, so I've designed this system to teach you easily and fast. If you follow this programme you'll fast-track your fitness & develop your boxing skills. Whatever your skill set or fitness level, you will benefit from my comprehensive system.
4 x 30 Min - Technique Workouts
These easy to follow 30 minute technique sessions break down genuine boxing combinations. Each combo is built up step by step, making them simple to learn and master. The Techniques get more complex as the weeks go on allowing you to build your boxing skills.
The first tech workout is “THE BASICS” this then leads onto tech workout 2 “OFF THE JAB”, followed by tech workout 3 “LONG RANGE” and lastly tech workout 4 “CLOSE UP” These are actual real life boxing techniques demonstrated by former World Champion Cornelius Carr. You’ll be slipping, rolling and hooking in no time at all!
4 x 30 Min - Power & Speed Workouts
Power and speed are both crucial for boxing. These 4 different workouts contain dynamic exercises to build your boxing power and increase your speed. With a mix of body weight exercises, weighted punches and speed work on the bag these routines give you an all over body workout. Corney will take through your paces and you will be punching harder and faster in no time!

Cornelius Carr is the former BBBofC British Super-Middleweight & WBF World Middleweight Champion.
My boxing training began at the young age of eleven, and I haven't stopped since! I had a great amateur career, making the ABA finals and winning a Gold Medal for the England Junior Squad at age 18. Soon afterwards I signed up with Frank Warren and my professional career began. At that point, I'd had 43 amateur fights and won 40 of them! Over the next 13 years as a professional boxer I had 38 professional fights, and 34 wins before I decided that it was time to step out of the ring and become a coach. It was time to pass on my knowledge and experience to the next generation.
Career highlights -
1999 - Winning & defending the WBF World Super Middleweight Title.
1995 - Fighting The Celtic Warrior Steve Collins for the WBO World Middleweight Title! It was a close fight and the decision went Steve's way, but what an honour to share the ring with such a legend!
1994 - Winning the British Middleweight Title against the supremely talented James Cook. One of my proudest moments for sure.
Boxing has been my life for as long as I can remember. It's in my blood and I can't imagine life without it. Boxing training, like all great sports has the power to transcend the everyday. It not only makes us stronger, it makes us better.
